玩轉學校希望透過玩遊戲的深刻體驗,將學習的主導權還給學員,並且啟發解決問題、創意思考、同理對話等關鍵素養,也是亞洲第一個獲得美國World Peace Game正式授證的引導團隊;玩轉學校致力於開發各種角色扮演遊戲課程與主題營隊,包含國際議題、社會關懷等,讓人沈浸在遊戲中學習,並且將真實觸動的經驗連結到現實生活當中。

玩轉學校願景是創立一間沒有固定教室、沒有固定課程的學校,並且以學員為主體、以實作為目標、以遊戲為基礎的教學系統,期望培養一群“出社會就退休”的下一代。

在「教改20年,基層教師意見大調查」 中,近9成老師表示,解決問題是學生未來必備的能力,也有超過7成老師覺得溝通協調及人際合作很重要,但有78%教師認為現在的教育方式無助於培養這些能力。可見傳統考試教育面臨極大挑戰,我們需要更跳框的教學方法,啟發青少年的關鍵能力,另一方面也提供各級老師觀摩互相學習。

我們啟動的方案是推廣World Peace Game,2015年已經獲得合格的國際授證引導員資格,也是亞洲第一個舉辦的團隊,不到一年的時間已經舉辦了80場大大小小的課程;遊戲中讓學員扮演內閣首長,實際Role Play解決50個錯綜複雜的國際事件,從遊戲中看見真實世界的縮影、並且決定世界的未來;衝突、挫敗、壓力是常態,並且需要大量溝通、決策、思考與創意。

目前也提供10歲以上青少年與企業遊戲式教學的課程與設計,以遊戲情境引導、刺激五感體驗、深化學習效果,啟發學習動機;提供「無菜單學習」-以學員為主體的方式引導,涵蓋問題解決、領導團隊、溝通談判、創意思考、獨立思考、時間管理、壓力管理等個人與團體常見的需求。

Pley School’s vision is to build a school system with flexible sites, flexible curriculum, and focus on learner centered, learning by doing, and game based learning. We hope to develop next generation teenagers as “Retiring after graduation”. In the article of “20 years history of education revolution, general survey for teachers”, almost 90% of teachers say problem solving is a MUST capability for students to have for the future, and 70% of teachers think communication and cooperation are very important. But 78% of teachers admitted that current education system fails to meet the real needs. This shows us the big challenge on traditional “Test Centered” education. We need a new system out of box, and inspire teenagers’ core competence. We also need teachers engaging to support each other. Our beginning program is to promote World Peace Game. We got the certification as facilitators in 2015, and we are the first team in Asia. We holds around 80 educational activities in one year.

Participants play the role of cabinets in various countries, and solve 50 interlocking global issues to decide the future of human beings. The game reflects the real world, which includes conflicts, stress, and failures. And participants need to do or have lots of communications, decisions, thinking, and creativity. Now we also have Game Based Learning Programs and Design for teenagers over 10 years old as well as enterprises. We facilitate with game scenario for participants to learn with all five senses to make the learning deeper and inspire the learning motivation. We offered “learner centered” programs which cover emerging needs of problem solving, leadership and teamwork, negotiation, communication, creative thinking, critical thinking, time management, and stress management.
