以友善環境(Eco-friendly)為核心價值出發,運用有趣的冰淇淋口味作挑起消費者注意,溝通與傳遞環境生態的重要性。透過食物設計(Food Design)並結合歷史的飲食文化、動物與生態,翻轉過去認為談論環保等於嚴肅的刻板印象,讓更多人接觸到生態環保議題。

1982 de glacée 法式冰淇淋從 2011年開始只是個在台南的老屋改造實驗性計劃,透過計劃尋找如何建立人們與環境生態間的良好關係,2015年將法式冰淇淋獨立出來以社會企業的架講進行運作,將友善環境(Eco-friendly)視為核心價值。冰淇淋是個很有魅力的食物,無論是取悅人們的視覺或是挑動著味蕾,甚至是撫慰受傷的心,我們藉著擁有歡樂個性的冰淇淋,溝通與傳遞環境生態的重要性,透過食物設計(Food Design)並結合歷史的飲食文化、動物與生態、創意思考、服務設計等,讓環境生態教育落實,真心的與地球環境和平相處,我們才能嚐到更多更棒的果實。
 
1982 de glacée, French ice cream store, previously known as 1982 Life House, began from an old house renovation pilot project in Tainan in year 2011. Through the project, 1982 searched for a way to build up better relation between human and environmental ecology. In 2015, 1982 de glacée, French ice cream store was independently set up under the social enterprise structure, taken “Eco-friendly” as core value. Ice cream is a food of charm, no matter at pleasing visual sensibility, teasing your taste buds, or even warming a broken heart. With this joyful character of ice cream, we communicate and pass on our faith the importance of environmental ecology. Combining Food Design with history food culture, animal & ecology, creative thinking, service design…etc., we implement the environmental ecology education, and live along with our earth peacefully. We believe that by doing so, we, human, are able to taste more abundant fruits ourselves.

手工方式製作
採用全食材的傳統法式工法製作而成,以熬煮卡士達醬為基底,並控制溫度與火侯,將友善環境耕種的食材風味完全展現。
 
Handmade 
Use whole food and take traditional French method. Boil custard sauce as substrate, control temperature and heat to show the excellent flavor of eco-friendly cultivated food thoroughly.
 
友善環境的食材選用
各種口味都代表著世界每個角落的農夫們選擇用友善環境的方式耕作,不僅守護地球維持生物多樣性,也讓農夫們更健康。食材選用至少符合下列一項:不使用農藥與化學肥料、公平(直接)貿易、減少碳足跡、重視全球生態環境。
 
Eco-friendly food chosen  
Every flavor represents the eco-friendly cultivating method of farmers among all over the world, not only preserving the biodiversity of earth, but also having farmers healthier. Food chosen standard must at least comply with one below: 
  • Pesticide and chemical fertilizer free 
  • Direct trade fair 
  • Reduce carbon footprint 
  • Value global eco-enrironment
 
友善動物的畜牧農場
牛奶與雞蛋是法式冰淇淋裡重要的食材,善待動物亦是友善的一環,而對家畜應有的生命尊重,而健康的動物才能大量的減少看病吃藥的機會,良好的牧場管理亦可對環境永續。
 
Animal friendly farms 
Milk and eggs are important materials of French ice cream. Animal well treated is also a part of friendliness. Show life respect for livestock. Healthy animals minimize the medicine taken chances. Fine ranch management is also good for environmental sustainability.
 
美味又健康的飲食
在科技發達的現在,有很多新的技術設備輔佐職人們製作食物,在傳統工法是需要更多的耐心與時間,才能換得美味,所以堅持從原料到製成,皆為無添加化學添加物與人工甘味劑,低糖、低脂且美味又安心。
 
 
Delicious and healthy diet 
At the age of advanced science and technology, many new tech equipment and facility are used to make food. Relatively, it is taking more patience and time for traditional method to make food. Still, from raw material to finished food, we insist to use chemical addictive free and artificial sweetener free, low sugar and low fat to ensure good taste as well as safety.
