人生百味透過兩個服務項目,改善在城市街頭求生者的生活,第一個:石頭湯計畫是一個透過共煮共食、體驗教育,讓社會大眾更加認識在街頭生存的人;第二個:人生柑仔店是一個在街頭的通路品牌,透過商品開發與行銷活動,改變過去街頭銷售口香糖衛生紙的街賣者的印象。

在城市的街頭,有許多銷售口香糖、玉蘭花、街生紙的人,稱之為「街賣者」。 大多數的街賣者,都是因為經濟有需求,但是因為身體、心理、家庭等原因,無法從全職的工作, 而這些想要透過自己雙手自有更生的人,卻難以被社會大眾所接受,生存空間俞來愈狹小。

因此人生百味團隊,發展出人生柑仔店這個街賣品牌, 我們透過定期的田野調查理解街賣者的困境與需求 期待透過開發新商品、整體識別,重新規畫銷售方式去改善街賣者的生活。 人生柑仔店希望可以組織在街頭賣的街賣者,成為一種新的台灣在地通路, 從一開始推出了農善農產品系列,自然果乾、有機茶包、竹牙刷,到現在街頭專屬泡泡糖,玉蘭花香氛片, 我們與獨立街賣者、玉蘭花盤商、巨輪合作社與創世基金會地瓜媽媽合作銷售這些產品,期待透過這樣的模式, 讓社會大眾看到街賣不一樣的可能,去同理與共同解決其困境。

In the streets of the city, there are many people selling chewing gums, flowers, tissue, called "street-seller." Most of the street sellers, because the economy there is a demand, but the reasons of physical, psychological, and family make them can't work full-time。 These wants survive by there own hands, but difficult to be accepted by the public. Do-you-a-flavor is the street-selling brand our team want to develope in Taiwan. We understand the difficulties and needs of street sellers through regular fieldwork. We want to improve the street-sellers life by developing new street-selling product, rebuild the model of street-selling. Do-you-a-flavor hopes to organize street-seller, becoming a innovative channel selling local good products in Taiwan. First, we launched a series of environmentally friendly product ,like natural dried fruit,organic tea , and bamboo toothbrush. Then we developed street-only bubble gum and fragrant paper. We collaborated with independent street-sellers and non-profit organizations to sell these product on the street. By this model, our team expecting the community will have empathy with street-seller, then the imagination of street's scenario will be twisted.
